SOCAR - Dalgidj LLC was established by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) and Dalgidj Private Company (Dalgidj PC) in September 2015 with the aim to provide high standard Air Diving and Remotely Operated Vehicles (ROV) services in the Caspian region.

SOCAR is involved in Oil & Gas exploration, production, processing and transportation, as well as in condensates and petrochemicals, on local and international markets.

Dalgidj PC was originally founded in December 1996 for the provision of air diving services to local and foreign companies. Continuous development and expansion of company portfolio and capabilities through investments and strategic partnerships transformed Dalgidj to one of the leading companies in the provision of subsea services.
